WHY I’M RUNNING

I’m running to maintain my seat on the Mendham Township Board of Education because I believe in delivering real results for our students, families, and community. During my time on the board, I’ve worked hard to keep taxes low while ensuring our schools remain among the best in the state. But there’s more work to do.

Every child deserves the opportunity to succeed — academically, emotionally, and socially. That’s why I have prioritized excellence in education, equity for all learners, mental health support, and strong partnerships between families, schools, and the broader community.
With over two decades of executive experience in healthcare finance and a deep commitment to public service, I bring the leadership, discipline, and transparency our schools need.

I am running to continue building a district that reflects the values that make our schools strong: fiscal responsibility, educational excellence, community strength, and student wellbeing.

As Walk Chair of the Stigma Free Task Force, Liz has raised over $25,000 for mental health and wellness programs. She understands that academic achievement and emotional wellbeing go hand in hand.

With over 20 years managing multimillion-dollar healthcare budgets and serving on national boards, Liz brings the executive experience needed to navigate complex educational challenges while keeping the community informed.

Why I'm Running

As a member of the Operations and Finance Committee Liz helped deliver a 2025/26 budget with a net negative (lower) school tax impact on the average assessed home in the district.

Liz serves on the state Quality Single Accountability Continuum (QSAC) monitoring team and Comprehensive Equity Plan (CEP) committee, ensuring our schools meet the highest standards while expanding special education programming and support for diverse learners.

From reinvigorating the Education Foundation to co-founding Chester-Mendham Angels, Liz builds the partnerships that make our community stronger. She knows education works best when schools, families, and community work together.
